Booked a subscription membership via the FET app and not received it? Try these steps:
- Log in to the FET app and tap Me on the navigation bar
- Scroll down and select Settings
- Open My subscription and tap (again if necessary) on ‘Upgrade now!’
You will now be offered the opportunity to purchase a membership again. Select the blue Restore button at the bottom right to restore your membership.
If the membership was already successfully booked, it will be reloaded through the App Store in the app. Otherwise, it should be possible to book a membership again. Don’t worry: it’s not possible to book two memberships with the same Apple account or Google Play Store account.
If it still does not work and the amount has been charged, please email our support team with a screenshot of your order confirmation so we can check and clarify the issue.
