If your profile is blocked, it’s likely due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines. Blocks may be temporary or remain in place until the issue is resolved.
Common reasons & actions:
- Paid services: 💰💰 Soliciting or offering sexual or paid services leads to permanent blocking.
- Spamming/advertising: Profile will be permanently blocked.
- Multiple profiles: Block remains until you contact Support to confirm which account to keep.
- Fake profiles/images: Remains blocked until verified by our Support Team.
- Insults/offensive content: You’ll receive warning points depending on the severity. The more points you accumulate, the harsher the consequences.
Penalty Points System
Here’s what happens when you reach a certain number of penalty points:
- 2 points: You’ll be asked to submit a fake check if you haven’t already done so.
- 3 points: You’ll be blocked for 1 hour and must complete a profile verification check.
- 5 points: You’ll be blocked for 6 hours.
- 7 points: You’ll be blocked for 24 hours and unable to post comments for 3 days.
- 9 points: You’ll be blocked for 3 days and unable to post comments for 7 days.
- 11 points: You’ll be blocked for 7 days and unable to post comments for 14 days.
- 13 points: You’ll be blocked for 30 days.
- 15 points: You’ll be blocked permanently.
Most warning points expire automatically after a set time.
