- Only upload content (images, videos, text) that you own or are authorized to share.
- Fake profile information or images, and impersonation of others, are not allowed.
- Respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
🛡️ Enforcement
- All uploaded content is pre-checked by our team to catch obvious copyright violations.
- Visuals on Fetish.com include a watermark to protect user content.
- If your content is being used by someone else, email support@fetish.com with the profile name and description of the content in question.
- If you’re not the content owner but suspect a violation, contact dataprotection@fetish.com with:
- a description of the allegedly infringed content
- where to locate it (e.g., username)
- your contact details
- a statement of good faith belief that usage is unauthorized
Note: Some uses may be covered by exceptions (e.g., fair use) and are reviewed individually.
⛔ Consequences
- Unauthorized content will be removed immediately.
- Offending accounts will be blocked and asked to verify their identity.
- Copyright owners may also report violations to authorities or pursue legal action.
If you're an EU-based creator, you may also file a cross-border claim via the European Small Claims Procedure.
