Why should I clear my cookies and cache?
Many display errors, login problems, and pages that appear to be “stuck” can be resolved by clearing your browser’s cookies and cache.
Below you’ll find step-by-step instructions for the most common browsers – both on desktop computers and on smartphones and tablets.
⚠️ Important before you start: Clearing cookies will log you out of many or all websites – including Fetish.com*. Please make sure you know your password before proceeding.*
Your messages, photos, settings, and other data on Fetish.com will of course remain safe. Only data stored locally by your browser will be removed.
⚡ Two quick options
Keyboard shortcut
In Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, you can open the browser data deletion window directly:
- Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + Delete
Test first, then clear
You can first check whether the problem is actually related to your browser:
Open Fetish.com in a private/incognito window.
- Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Private Window
If the problem does not occur in the private window, clearing your cookies and cache may help.
Only reload the page
If you do not want to delete anything yet, you can first perform a full page reload:
- Windows: Ctrl + F5
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

📲 What if I use the FET app?
The app has its own cache. Clearing cookies and cache in your browser therefore does not affect the app.
🤖 Android
- Open your smartphone’s Settings.
- Go to Apps.
- Select FET-App.
- Open Storage.
- Tap Clear cache.
⚠️ Please note:
“Clear storage” or “Clear data” resets the app completely and logs you out. Only use this option if “Clear cache” did not solve the problem.
🍏 iPhone & iPad
iOS does not provide a separate option for clearing an individual app’s cache.
Instead, try the following:
- Fully close the FET app.
- Open it again.
- Check the App Store for an available update.
If the problem persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
⚠️ Important: Make sure you know your password before doing this.
âś… What should I do afterwards?
After clearing your cookies and cache:
- Fully close your browser or app.
- Open the browser or app again.
- Open Fetish.com.
- Log in again.
- Check whether the original problem has been resolved.
